Payment Processing

All payments for VIP plans are handled securely using Razorpay’s encrypted checkout system.

• • Available VIP Plans: ₹149 (6 Months) and ₹299 (Lifetime).
• • After successful payment, your plan is activated automatically based on your registered details.
• • A confirmation email or SMS may be sent after successful payment completion.
• • If a user is not logged in during payment, they must create an account using the same email & mobile number used during payment.

Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund Policy)

As VIP features are unlocked instantly and digitally delivered, URLTools follows a strict no-refund policy for all digital purchases.

• • All VIP payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• • No refunds are provided for accidental purchases, change of mind, or unused duration.
• • If your account is suspended due to misuse or violation of Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
• • In case the amount is deducted but the plan is not activated:
  • - Banks typically auto-reverse failed transactions within 5–7 working days.
  • - You may contact support with the Razorpay Payment ID / Transaction ID for verification.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for entering accurate information during payment. Plan activation is linked to the details you provide. Incorrect or mismatched information may delay activation.
