URLTools reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account or IP address without prior notice if suspicious, harmful, or policy-violating activity is detected. No refunds will be provided in cases of misuse.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee complete security. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details.

5. Link Expiry & Service Limitations

• • Guest links may expire based on system rules or misuse detection.
• • VIP links remain active as per the selected plan (6-month or lifetime).
• • Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance or technical issues.
